Hello all:
My doctor said I was amenic and put me on iron pills. Is that one of the sign of crohn disease? My gastro is doing a colonoscopy/upper endoscopy on april 1st. My symptoms are lose stools. sometime dirrahea, stomach pains etc. Write Back Soon,

Anemia is usually caused by loss of blood. But -- malabsorption of nutrients can also cause it.
