after eating for example a plate of chicken with rice around 12:30am.,right after getting off from work. The next day my stomach felt a little weird. But not enough for me to complain. The next day during my lunch brake I didn’t bring homemade food so I decided to get my self something. (By the way this is in the airport N.Y jfk) I had a bad feeling already about what I was going to eat which was wrapped grilled chicken with lettuce and
Tomatoes along with a yogurt and a concentrated orange juice. And this was around (5:45pm) once I took the first bite…it tasted like plastic and it definitely didn’t smell fresh nor did it taste like what it looked like…I should of drown it to the garbage. But hay I was really hungry and I’m an athlete so when its hunger time I must eat. Anywise that very night when I arrived to my house from work (1:05am) I ate some more Spanish food.

The very next morning I woke up feeling not so good with lots of trapped gas. Which caused the pain. dehydrated and weak. Its been 7 days now I am feeling way better. But I still seem to wake up super hungry and I easily feel a bit dehydrated. And I still experience trapped gas. This is my first time ever experiencing such stomach sickness.
What would be the most effective method of treatment & nutrition which can help me restore my health?
