I have just bought this. I need to lose just a few. I try to behave and exercise but occasionally indulge in something fattening (and I do use Alli on occasion as well). I really only need to lose 10 pounds but I am average/thin build..just too hippy really.

Anyway, I need a good appetite suppressant. The only thing that has EVER worked for me is ephedra.

I've tried Hoodia and most other diet pills that are ephedra free and NOTHING. I am just always hungry. I'm a 38 year old woman that eats like a 16 year old boy. It's obscene. Again, I do not look overweight but need to lose 5 to 10 # and saddle bags. I do lift weights, exercise, eat veggies, carbs, soy protein, beans etc..

But I do have indulgences on occasion. I'm a normal American.

So ANYWAY.. I need something to control my hunger and stop me once I start eating (make me feel full as I stop when I feel full but it often takes a LONG time for me to get there..and the 20 minute deal doesn't help. I'm still hungry after 20 minutes) .. Akavar seemed to advertise that it would help.

One pill did nothing so I tried 2 yesterday and no jitters or anything but also I'm still always hungry.

I've only been on this for 2 days so has anyone else had success? Not really at PMS yet but getting there so I don't think I can blame that right now.
