I received my AM/PM cortisol results back today. Here they are:


Cortisol AM - 10.5 (Range: 4.3 - 22.4)
Cortisol PM - 3.2 (Range: 3.1 - 16.7)

I was actually surprised because my stress level is very high. I also have a ACTH test coming back on Monday, and a cortisol saliva test (4 collections) coming back in a week. Here are the questions I have for our board experts:

1. Are these the correct ranges or are these outdated ranges that labs/doctors sometimes use?

2. Would these indicate adrenal fatigue? God knows I have plenty of the symptoms.

3. What are member's thoughts about Labcorp for testing. I've read a fair amount of opinions stating that they are not the best lab to conduct one's tests. Any one agree/disagree?
