Have you had any side effects from it? How about bruising?

I am. No noticeable side effects, aside from not settling well on my stomach on the days my stomach is already giving me some problems.
Any bruising I have is easily explained by unsteadiness and blood pooling.

It's best to talk to your doctor if the bruising is sudden or can't be explained any other way.

I have tried it in the past, but it caused the whole area around my eyes (lids and all) to become extremely swollen so I stopped taking it. FOr the time I did take it, it didnt give me any relief anyway. But that's just my experience, everyone's reaction is different.
