last evening when i was moving a heavy table from one room to an other my back sdunley started paining and know i can not even sit on the chair and cannot bend my body forward.Please tell me how i can get relief from this stiffed back.

I would try advil, ibuprophen, or aleve for a few days and try icing the injured area. If the pain becomes to severe or lasts more than a week you should see a doctor for a complete work up.
