View Full Version : Pulling/Tugging of Brain & Brain Jolt

Does anyone get the feeling like their brain is being pulled and tugged at to one particular side, sometimes pulling or tugging at the body. Like someone is holding a magnet and it's pulling at your brain.

Also what about brain jolts. That's what I call them. It's like a little shifting/spasm of the brain. I get them while trying to watch tv or if I happen to daydream or stare off in space. It's like a 3 second little jolting of my brain and I hate that feeling. No doctor seems to understand my description of it.

Anyone experience either of these things?

I don't know about feeling the brain being pulled to one side, I certainly feel my body being pulled to the right. As for the brain 'jolts' I know exactly what you mean. I had them regularly when I first got ill in 2006, now I get them very occasionally, I can go weeks without it happening. Like you describe, its a couple of seconds, like a squeeze or a strong pulse. I've just assumed it is all part of the messed up processing we suffer from with an innre ear problem.

It's great to find someone else who has experienced this. The doctors all look at me like I'm crazy when I try and explain the head jolt thing. Thanks for the input.
