There are some older posts that discuss the benefits (or alleged benefits) of apple cider vinegar. Some of us think it has helped us with BP issues, though there is little scientific evidence that it is effective. But there seem to be LOTS of people who really do swear by the stuff.
I find it helps maintaining weight loss; this is the first Christmas season I did NOT gain the usual 5-8 lbs, and the only thing different I did was take 2 tablespoons of ACV twice a day, diluted with water, right after meals. I do know that some vinegars are able to slow down or stop the blood sugar spiking effect of carbs, so there is a scintilla of evidence it appears. Why it would help BP I cannot say...no one can in fact. But again, some of us swear by the stuff. I know it just makes me feel better all-around when I take it.
I would go for the real organic stuff in water, rather then those pills though.
