For as long as I can remember, any time I put pressure on my right shoulder blade or extensively used my right arm in a forward-erected position, the right side of my back would go numb. I'm guessing it was caused by bad posture, as when I was younger I used to sit up against a wall with mostly the right side of my back when I played video games in my room.
The most pain comes from the muscle on my back where the spine and the shoulder blade are the closest together, which is what I remember always leaning on against a wall. Whenever i move my right arm, i feel grinding and hear a bit more scratching than I would with my left arm.
I'm wondering if this could get any worse.. and, if it did, would I have any serious problems? :( (I'm only 16, I don't feel like being paralyzed any time soon.)
