Hey everyone! I was just wondering if anoyone could help me:
Every now and then, when i inhale i can't take deep breathes because there is a very sharp pinch pain in my chest.(This last for about 7 breaths)I get nervous thinking that something is wrong with me.I was diagnosed with a small heart murmur ( not on any meds) but i dont think that has to do with anything.I do dancing, and when we are warming up i get out of breath yet i dont have asthma ( according to the doctors).....Does anyone have any advice or help?
