My bmr is 1,394 if i do no excersise all day. i walk 4 miles a day so then the test i did online said i should eat 2018 a day to stay the same weight.

So if i want to lose weight, how much should i go down to?

Going down 500 a day will allow you to lose a pound a week ;)
