hello
in trying to lose weight I am drinking water-Of course I am also trying to shrink how much my stomach is demanding at the same time to lose weight-
so my question is: if a person is drinking a lot of water -are they stretching their stomach (I know I am stretching my bladder -LOl)
thanks

Hey,
I've found that if you drink a LOT of water at once, the stomach does poof out a bit (like eating a big meal or something) but it's only temporary. Water does help with weight loss though so keep drinking the H2O!:)

Don't worry about this at all! If I chug a whole large bottle of water at once, I'll probably feel a bit puffed out in the stomach, but it definitely goes away quickly. It WON'T make your stomach larger and make you hungrier. Drinking plenty of water actually makes me more full. I get fuller quicker during meals. I also find that if I drink some water, sometimes I don't even really want to snack if I wanted to before. If you are concerned, just don't gulp your water down too quickly!
