what is good for a weak kidney?

Drinking a lot of fluid is good for a kidney, I've also heard that cranberry juice is good also. Be careful not to dehydrate yourself. Limit caffeine and alcohol intake. How do you know your kidney is weak, have you visited your doctor? They will probably want to take action for it because I don't think it is supposed to be weak.
