for the last 2 days ive been having severe chest pains around my stomach area like it was being ripped open. My gp gave me some tablets for indigestion but they have dun nothing. Today i have the feeling that my heart is being tugged on and a weird cold feeling in my left foot while its goin on, can ne1 please help? Im really scared

Dan you probably should go to the ER. You could have a life threatening situation going on here.

its calmed down a bit now, though i still have the feeling in my foot im gonna go to the doctor tomorow c wot she says.
