I read about symptoms of RA and unfortunaltey I have many of the things listed on some websites developed in the last few months

Raynauds - 2 finger of right hand
carpal tunnel syndrome
Recently burning and pain in ankles and wrists which happens even when I am not doing anything.
Have been unable to gain back 14 lbs after an episode of hyperthyroidism

Did go to a rheumatologist and she checked out and said things were fine and told me to have many Vit D Ca Mg supplements

Any suggestions for me ?

RA is fortunately fairly cut and dry to diagnose. Blood work will be able to see if you are positive for the Rheumatoid Factor, if your SED rate is elevated, etc. X-Rays will also be able to determine if there is any joint damage. What kind of tests did you rheum. run to determine your diagnosis? It could be that you have another type of rheumatological condition. One suggestion, especially for the summer months is to do some swimming since it is very easy on the joints and good for your range of motion.

20% of the people with RA never develop the RA factor in their blood. I was diagnosed due to the pain I had, swelling around the joints that was visible to the eye, x-rays, etc.
