I hear it being mentioned very often in many different situations on this board. Is it really all that important? If so, then what are the best sources? Green tea I hear is good. How much should I drink? Thanks!!

Antioxidants are crucial to aging gracefully. A glass or more of green tea everyday is a great start. Kombucha tea is also good. Synergy is a great brand. Dark chocolate nad red wine are some of my faovrite thigs that contain good antioxidants. 6oz of red wine a night and a few squares of 65% cocoa dark chocolate are great.
