When I got clean several years ago they had just started using sub and I didn't know alot about it. The rehab I went to offered it in detox but I had already quit CT from a pretty big oxy addiction. I still can remember every minute of my withdrawals, cravings and depression and it seems like sub would have made it easier for me. I have a friend going through it now and would like to be able to give her some information on it. Thanks is advance for your help!:)

Hi Sohard -- I never heard of it til recently. I am trying to taper off oxycodone....thought about looking into suboxone, but don't want to take anything else addictive and then have to taper off THAT. Also, I went through methadone withdrawal, which is the WORST....if suboxone is anything like methadone, I'll pass. But I'm sure others more educated on this will have more info to share with you.
