I am not sure what is going on with me. I have these bad pains like pins and pulled muscles all around my right kidney area down and around my lower back. I will feel fine sometimes, then if I don't use the bathroom at least once an hour (even without urges) I get these pains. If I am sitting down when I try to stand up it feels like I've pulled a muscle up my entire right side, and it is hard to walk, but then I go to the bathroom, without an urge, and I'm fine. If I hold it for even a minute when I do feel an urge it hurts and I get pins and needles. I have two twin boys I am constantly picking up and at first I thought I pulled something. But it hasn't gone away and it has been over a month since I've started complaining about it. AND it is worse when I don't use the bathroom constantly. It isn't a bladder infection, I've had those and it isn't even in my bladder region I hurt......does anyone know what is going on with me??

Sounds to me like you have a kidney stone.. You need to get it checked out however because even if it is a kidney stone, the stone could be caused by something worse.
I have kidney stones and UPJ obstruction in my left kidney, and I have pains too.. I usually describe them as a squeezing throbbing feeling.
