It seems like a far-fetched idea, but I was curious if I could be having partial seizures? I don't even want to bother the doctor about it because it just seems unlikely to me, but just now a few pieces of information came together and now I'm starting to wonder. Many of these symptoms are very minor and I've had working theories about what they could be, but maybe I was wrong?
One important thing to know is that I have a very high risk of developing epilepsy because I fractured my skull at 7 weeks old. I'm 22 now.
So heres the symptoms. I sometimes get sudden dizziness, but not nearly enough to cause me to loose balance. Every other month or so I see optical auras. I had an optomologist check that out and he said I was having optical migraines. At night while I fall asleep sometimes my legs will jerk and wake me up, although I thought it was a form of night terror. Rarely my jaw will suddenly close shut, usually violently and not straight. I thought this had to do with the TMJ I definitely have.
None of these symptoms are new at all. I've had them all for possibly 10 years.
So what do you think? I've never experienced any sort of confusion or any other symptom I've read. I hardly even think this is worth humoring.
