I am 47, post menopausal, not taking HRT, don't feel amy lumps and my breasts hurt ALL the time. They have doubled in size and are causing back and neck pain. I am scheduled for a mammogram next Tuesday because my doc was freaking out about the size increase. Did any of you have this as a symptom of breast cancer?

I had no symptoms, tumor was found on routine screening. Have had some swelling, heaviness, discomfort in past years when I was perimenopausal, but those mammos were all normal.

Mine was found on a routine mammogram, at 48 and premenopausal.
