I have had internal shaking of the legs on and off for about 8 years. I have had all the test done and even had a muscle biopsy (ouch) about 4 years ago. I was sure that it was exercise induced because I used to workout to excess. Now I do a normal amount of exercise and the problem went away for about 3 years and has recently come back. I have taken a few weeks off of exercise but am still having the internal shakes. You can't actually see the shaking it just feels like my legs are really weak and I just want to sit down. I don't think it is restless leg because it doesn't feel better with movement and I do not have any problems sleeping. I am also very suseptible to cold. Any ideas?
