A year ago my wife and myself decided we were going to get fit and lose some weight. I had a little trouble getting started but during a forced hiatus to Iraq I found a lot of free time to start exercising regularly. Since I returned last year in July I have been working out at least 3 times a week. I do a really hard workout. I run for 35 minutes, usually just over 4 miles. Then I lift weights for about an hour. Right now I am doing all lifting stations each day I work out because I am limited on the days I can go and the amount of time I go. I did not diet, I just exercised and cut out regular soda and started getting salads instead of fries.
I started last year right at the 200 mark. Right now I am at 170. Not quite my target of 165 but getting there. The problem I am having is that I still look fat. I am having trouble getting rid of the little in the middle. My arms and legs look great but my chest and stomach still look pudgy. I want to find a better way to get rid of that. I am a very picky eater so dieting is hard and I have no desire to take any kind of supplements. I want to primarily exercise to get rid of the fat. I also want to continue to build strength in my entire body. I am looking for suggestions to help significantly burn the fat without to drastically modifying my existing diet or workout. I know I have to make some changes but I am hoping to keep them minimal.

One of the best ways to burn body fat is to exercise first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything besides water. If you eat or drink before exercising, you are only burning off the calories you just took in.
Also, using an exercise trampoline will stretch every muscle cell in your body along with removing toxins from your cells. I have been using my trampoline for a short time and have noticed the belly fat decreasing.
Green tea also works well in burning body fat. about 270 mg a day.
Good luck
