Hi,

I just wondered if it is necessary to wear my cervical collar following a rear-end collision today. I just feel stiff tonight. Normal for anyone I am sure. Doctor once told me this could be a serious issue if it ever happened or slipping on ice, etc. I have grave degenerative lesions at C4-C5 with diminished diameter of the spinal canal and bilateral narrowing. Also diminished diameters at C3-C5. Also a congenital fusion of the C5-C6 with diminished diameter of the vertebral bodies.

I don't know if there might be later after effects or that is usually just paranoia. Rear-end was enough to total the back of the car.
