Does anyone know of any natural products that will help with my symptoms of IBS because I can't take any medicines. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

My boyfriend take Digestive Advantage-Irritable Bowel Syndrome and it works great for him. I believe it is a probiotic and it can be bought at any drugstore. but if you are sensitive/allergic to things you should check the ingredients or talk to your doctor before trying it.

Thanks for your reply. Have you or your boyfriend ever heard of a fish product called Seacure? I've read some info on the web and it seems interesting.

No I'm not familiar with that one. I'll have to look it up. He does also take fish oil. is that the same kind of thing?

Try apple cider vinegar which you can find at a health store. I have been on the liquid form of this product for about three weeks and it has regulated my digestive system significantly to the point where I eliminate at least once a day and constipation is no longer a problem.

What I've read about the product, it isn't a fish oil but it is a fish product. I'm not sure what the difference is. I've contacted the company and asked for more information on the product and its ingredients.

Actually I have tried the apple cidar vinegar and it does work really well. I haven't done it in awhile but I am about ready to get started on it again. I am having problems again. I usually take a couple tsp's in a glass of water and drink it. It seems to make the stomach balanced. I read about it in a good book too.:)
