Hi, I'm nearly 22 and I am struggling to receive a diagnosis so I thought I'd throw a post out there to see what other people think. I went to neuro, and was diagnosed with spasticity in my legs, a clonus and hyperreflexia. I have constant pain especially in my legs. I have been diagnosed with enteropathic arthritis, but MRIs show minimal arthritic changes. I am confined to a wheelchair a lot of the time, which is not common for people with my kind of arthritis, especially with such minimal arthritic changes. I had a brain scan which showed up normally, a normal EMG, and a cervical spine MRI showed only a slightly slipped disc which the neuro said would not be causing the neurological problems. I go to PT 4 times a week, and the more I exercise (or rather, the more I move, it's not really exercise), the tighter the muscles get, especially in my left leg. It feels like my leg is turning in and "shriveling up" from the calf into my ankle and foot.
My other symptoms/ illnesses:
Ulcerative Colitis
Prediabetes from long term prednisone use (multiple recurrent episodes of hypoglycemia)
Blue feet when cold
limbs fall asleep very easily
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks so much

So I'm still awaiting any information about my diagnosis. The Neuro called me this week and told me I need to go in for an MRI of my thoracic spine. They still don't know why I have spasticity. Any ideas would be wonderful!
