I have reoccuring Bursitis of the hip.
Very painful.
VERY.

Pysical therapy helped, not enough though.
A steroid shot was a miricle of pain relief (pain disappears 3 days after the shot.)

But the hip bursitis returns since my bending spine is constantly repulling the muscle over my hip and squishing the Bursa.

My long term pain relief came in the form of my Chiropractor.
Bless his heart.
I have been going regular for the last 2 years and will go forever.

The Bursitis pain relief is wonderful.
It's only an echo of what it was.
Just enough echo to remind me it always will be present and ready to become a monster pain again if I don't take care of it on a regular basis.
