Had a stupid panick attack this morning...on my bday....cant even enjoy a simple day...had to take valium and then my face got all flushed....does anyone else get flushed even without the panic?? should I mention that to the neurologist?? So much to do this weekend and I cant even enjoy my birthday....i hate this...
