hi about 15years ago i was having problems with ireguler heart beat,had echo of the heart and doc said i had droopy heart valve,(mirtal valve) and that i was born with it,he said he could treat me but he wouldnt becouse i smoked, any way two weeks ago went to doc for somthing else,and mentioned what heart doc said all those years ago ,she looked at my notes and sais there was nothing about mirtal valve on them,and that five years ago another doc renewed my notes,couldent have thought it that important,becouse he diddnt put it down,i get palpatations and my heart somtimes shudders,but im used to this,do you think doc should have put this infomation on my medical notes,i went through a lot of tests to find this out:confused:ta shirley
