Happy Easter! My insomina was more less like I would fall asleep by 7:00pm and my anxiety would be through the roof by 4:00am. I could not go back to sleep, so what I did I just got ready and went to work early. This lasted about 6 months. Now, no anxiety, no nothing, I feel great. I live my life like i did before this all happened. The one thing that I do notice is that my stamina is still low, and i always need a nap.

I think you biggest hurdle is your anxiety. Try not to let it get the best of you. Its a monster that's trying to take over your life. Don't let it! You should be excited to see a neuro this week. I hope everything goes well for you there.

Cathy .... if you don't mind me asking .... what did you find helped you with the anxiety? My dizzies aren't so bad anymore and I keep thinking the anxiety is under control - but then it rears it's ugly head every now and then to remind me it's still here! Just wondering what has worked for you....

Hi ssdizzy,

I really don't know what I did about my anxiety, it just went away on its own. I never took anything for it. I think as I started to get better, the anxiety became less. A lot of it was mind over matter. Hope this helps.

Yep, had bouts of insomnia...For me I believe it is all linked to my migraines. Certain symptoms always happened together. I would play hypno relaxation therapy tapes, mood music, used Badger night balm...

Mine came and went...4 days, then would go..5 days then would go...Remember it won't kill you...try to just focus on chilling out. I know it isn't easy.

biofeedback and meditation can help calm you down as well. Yoga, relaxation music

Charlotte:

How are you feeling...... Doing a little better since
I increased my Zoloft to 100 mg's... Getting there and at least emotionally getting there

hiiiim.....
Einstein said once, that the greatest in life are two things:
to work and to love well.

Separately, but both to be very intense. I think this is a way to treat any kind of anxyety, insomnia, headeackes.....etc.....

Kiss you all,

Cynara.

Howie...I had my first mostly normal day on Easter...I went to church, Easter egg hunt, then 1.5 hours to parents...lots of busy times...drove 1.5 hours back...home around 8:15pm...then had to get the baby down...in bed around 10:30..no nap, no problems. I felt really good...

Today, tummys off...and I am a bit more elevated...but honestly, it was a great day yesterday.

Is that how it goes for you? So glad you are feeling better...our family has you in our thoughts.

Yes it is often the way you describe...

2 steps forward 1 step back..... you may have to tweak or add or subtract a medication. Sounds like you are having better good days and better bad days. That is progress and it is very slow...... I still feel off at times but much better than when the relapse started......

Do not get discouraged if you have a bad day as anything can cause it... I am a little off today but did a lot of yard work this weekend and was watching College BB all weekend..

Thanks for the prayers..I pray for you as well and hopefully you get well eneough for more kids
