Question for you guys, when you wake up, do you ever notice that your HR goes up pretty high? Yesterday i woke up at 5am to use the bathroom and i noticed my HR was pretty high, i think 120ish-130. I really dident do anything about it, i just went back to sleep. Then when i woke up for the day yesterday, it was happening again, but i did notice it went down after like 30 seconds to a minute. did anyone here have this? I dont know if my doc caught this on the holter or not, we shall see..

Hey Mag, I get the same thing sometimes when I get up in the morning. I find it most apparent when i am off of my heart meds for some reason. May be something that could be resolved with another med, however if it resolves that quickly then it is really benign and just more a nuiscence than anything, it wont hurt you.
