I have such a hard time finding the right makeup color. My skin is not an orange, yellow or pink color. My skin is a light gray color. What brands and color are best for this skin color???? Thanks for your help

my daughter heard at a makeup party that yellow looks better than pink on most women. I like it better even though my face is pinkish by nature, I don't like it looking pinkish with makeup, it looks weird against my neck color, which isn't pink. Being grayish I don't think pink would look good on you either. Just an opinion.

Its hard to picture your skintone, thus give advice. However, I would go to your local mall and go to a store that does makeovers. Choose to get a makeover for free, (although they will pressure you to buy) or ask a cosmetic salesperson to steer you in the right direction. If you can not afford the pricey brands these stores sell, try to remember the color tones they suggest, and then go shopping at your local drugstore/Walmart.
