I had a migraine a few nights ago, and when I went to bed to try to sleep it off, my heart was beating kind of hard so that I could hear it in my ears, and I noticed it seemed slower than usual. So I measured my pulse, and it came out to about 72 bpm, when it's usually about 85 bpm... I'm just curious why a migraine would cause my heart rate to slow. Usually, when I'm sick or not feeling well, my heart rate speeds up...
