for a few weeks now ive had some lower back discomfort, i just realized that it bothers me the most within 5 minutes after i urinate. The discomfort lasts about 10-15 minutes then goes away until i have to go to the bathroom again.

An abdominal ultrasound (for my liver) accidently found a small mass on one of my kidneys. My doctor said that a lot of times ultrasounds pick up things that really arent there, so he is sending me out for a cat scan w/ contrast to get a better look at my kidneys..

ill note that on March 14th i got all my bloodwork and urine sample back and doc says my kidneys were working fine.

can anyone relate? could this just be a UTI?

did he test you for one? it could be alot of things
