Hello everyone and thanks for reading my post…. any advise would be more than appreciated since I am driving myself insane with worry. So I just turned 22 and I drank a little too much with my friends on my birthday and later that evening I had sex with a TS hooker. I don’t do things like this often and I wish I could go back to that night.
I received oral sex with a condom on and gave oral sex while “she” was wearing a condom. I also had protected anal sex with her. I was not on the receiving end of the anal sex. Once the condom first entered it broke. I immediately withdrew and the head of my penis was exposed in her anus for about 3-5 seconds. I put on a second condom and then finished.
I left and as time went on I have become more and more worried. About 2 days after this encounter I noticed a “drip” and went to the doctor and it turns out I had caught ghonneria. I took the medication and everything has cleared up but this has only made me worry more about HIV. I know that HIV is only spread through semen, blood, vaginal fluid and breast milk and the condom broke so soon into the act that there couldn’t have been a lot of any fluids in her anus. I am also pretty sure the rectum walls weren’t cut because like I said it was so soon into the act and I also did not see any blood on my penis.
So the unprotected encounter was EXTREMELY brief, although apparently not brief enough to catch ghonneria. I have heard that STD’s like that are much easier to catch than HIV but I really don’t know if that’s true. If anyone has some info that could help it would be great. And I am planning on getting tested as soon as possible..I am just worried every second of the day until the test is complete.
This was all about 15 days ago and I can barely eat or sleep. I have never had an STD in my life and this whole experience has made me never want to have sex again. I’m even developing all these crazy nervous ticks. Any input on my personal situation would be greatly appreciated.
