I take a Decongestant pill twice a day, Flonase, use the neti pot in the morning......
I got a Cortisone shot last week - it helped - 7 days later the headache came back. It mostly hurts in the middle of the night.....I have also been sleeping with my head elevated on three pillows.
I have no other obvious Sinus symptoms - just pressure feeling in my head.
This happened last Spring - I ended up taken a few Cortisone Shots - which did the trick.

Just looking for any other suggestions?

How do you feel about accupuncure? I have had some success with it. If you don't feel its for you, ask about accupressure...

Take a Drixoral repetab twice a day, use your Flonease, and try addign 20 drops of eucyliptus oil to a basin of boiling water, placing a twoel over your head, and inhaling the steam and fumes for 5 minutes twice a day

Take Advil or Tylenol as needed for pain

You could also try rubbing peppermint oil mixed with water on your forehead, temples and the back of the neck. It works for me.

I just read about Olive Leaf Extract. The poster suggested one 200 mg capsule/day. (I only found 250 mg at my local apothecary). I'm going to try it??

I would irrigate with the neti pot twice a day..morning and night.. see if that helps at all. I will irrigate more if i actually have a headache and it helps the pain

i have tons of experience with sinuses and head pain! (severe; so i refuse to call them headACHES).

i've had 3 surgeries on my nose and sinuses. get thee to an EXPERT ENT; someone who loves sinuses! i screwed around for 20 years before getting to the proper doctor.
