Hi this is my first post but i thought it would be good to post it as no one knows me nor knows the school i am talking about so no one has a vested intrested.
i need advice as this is doing my head in here is a little about my son first

A is 7 a very strong willed and stong physically child he is non verbal with no forms of communication, he has no saftey awareness and ADHD which is off the scales on, i am going to wrtie what i need adivce on seperatly underaneath and i am very upset about it and its easier for me this way.
ok here goes
What is acceptable amount of injury slips to bring hime from school?? I don't mean fell over playing in the grounds, i mean split toes from staff opening doors on feet, sctathes from staff fingernails, marks from aggression from other childre.
I am concerend about Aaron's safty in school resulting from serious incident ages ago but i can't let go of it, espcially as i was investigated by child protection ( aaron broke his elbow at school was left for 3 hrs in and out of counciouness unable to walk and white i had him booked into a&e 3 minutes after leaving school, but teacher said she saw me from a window hold aarons arm in the car door and slam it). It was proven to be schools fault and teacher over this and another incidant was sacked.
Anyway Aaron is bringing home slips daily often 3 a day all minor. But in my mind this is lack of care. or am i over emotional and tired??? or would you be concerend. again i don't mean fell over playing and scrathed his knee etc

Is your boy in a mainstream school, special school or an autistic unit?

I ask this as from what you say it sounds like a mainstream school not really understanding his needs.

Nope its special needs for SLD and above, he is not inthe autism base as he is soo severe:confused:

His feet are a mess he will not wear shoes nor socks (its a sensory issue) so he is always got split toes etc daily but he never hurts himself at home.

The school is brillant i love the school, but my son is severe he is hard work and you can't take your eyes off him for a sec, but even so enough is enough

sorry

You are probably very tired and very emotional, how could you not be? However , it does sound worrying.

As a mother of an autistic child (and also as a teacher) my advice would always be to make an appointment with the school and talk, and listen to what they have to say about what is happening.
But, hearing your story I'm sure you've done loads of this already.
I wish I could be of better help. My heart goes out to you and your little boy.
