im getting concerned. im really worked about this dental problem of mine. i know this is a mental health board but this dental problem of mine is becoming a mental problem.... i cant eat anymore. all i think about now the anxiety of going to the dental clinic and what the dentist will and will not say. i cant eat healthy foods anymore. my social skills are failing coz, i think too much about this problem... basically my the therapy has become the internet, finding solutions, what are the implications of the symptoms that im having. just afraid id loose my teeth...frustrating. just wanted to vent out.:(

go see the dentist since it is your choice if you let him do anything or not
ask them for medications to help the day you go and a knock out pills for when they do something
they can give medications to calm you
teeth that get infected now or later is worse than going
they can make you very ill
