Ive heard that vitamin b6 is suppose to help make your sex drive better when on BC.Has anyone on here taken it for that reason and if so do you find it working at all?.My girlfriend is on BC and i think her sex drive is pretty much gone from it, and im trying everything i can to get her back to normal cause its driving me crazy.Would you think a multivitamin with b6 in it would be as good as taking just b6 by itself?

I've never heard of B6 helping for sex drive. The only thing that ever helped me with that is switching pills. However, I do know that the pill depletes many of the B vitamins (including B6), so if the no sex drive is due to her being depressed or being moody, then I would think that supplementing with B vitamins could only help the situation. She needs to take a B complex vitamin, though, because a multivitamin alone isn't enough.
