View Full Version : Implants UK v Europe

Hi, my first thread. I am 64 and in need of several extractions upper jaw also probably gum disease and think the very best solution is implants. Although I have researched the cheaper European clinics I also see that the UK are bring prices down considerably. I am in the Norwich, Suffolk area but prepared to travel, I also have extreme dental phobia and always have intravenous sedation for even the most minor thing so would require a lot of care with that problem. My own dentist does not have the facilities for implant technique. Is it possible to have an anesthetic and sedation as I believe just sedation would not be strong enough for me. I must be "put out" altogether. What a wimp. Cost of treatment is also very important. Am tempted with the overseas dentists but wonder if I am doing the right thing. Grateful for any feedback. Thank you.
