I was having problems with a little nausea on and off for the last couple of weeks. The bouts would last less than an hour with no other symptoms.
Earlier this week I had the same symptoms for almost half the day and felt a little fatique. I went to my primary and he thinks I have an ulcer and gave me AcipHex 20mg 3 times a day.
The meds helped with my nauseated feeling but my mouth and lips feel extremly dry (but are not) and bland as soon as I took the medication or around that time.
I have researched the symptoms and it does not support any dry mouth feeling or bland mouth.
Could I have I GERD. gastris or even acid reflux? Or are the meds causing my symptoms? Anything over the counter that I can take?
I have an appoinment with a gastrologist late next week but my mouth is worring me and of course irritating.
