I posted earlier, but I was wondering how good the hiv 1 and hiv 2 test are? I had a possible exposure back in late april and I tested negitive at 9 and a half months and then again two weeks later and that one was negitive. I tested again last week and I just saw my doctor and it came back weakly responsive. I was sent over to another lab so they could draw up RNA-DNA test. Is it a possible chance that it could be a false positive? I'm so scared out of mind right now.

I can understand that you want to test twice "just in case", but three times? Your test last week was not necessary, and you can forget about the weakly reactive result.
