You bring up a question that has a very simple answer and backed up
by all the literature on pn:
hot water is bad for pn sufferers...that includes a hot bath, etc.
If you have a jacuzzi, you might get some relief from luke warm water
but definitely not hot water. Check it out on any pn website. the woondog
