Usually I get these headaches on the right side of my head. It is a throbbing pain that is located where my eye brow is and sometimes upward. I can usually get rid of it by resting and going to sleep, but for some reason when I woke up the pain was still there. The top of my head starting to hurt to, but that comes and goes.

There are actually pressure points located at the eyebrow . I have similar pain and
it is related to the C2 disc on my spine which sends nerves throughout the facial affects area , including the eye area .

Luvpuck - I have been wondering what part of my neck is generating these headaches - thanks for posting this. I had no idea they were coming from C2 - Not sure how to interpret this since C2, while a mess, is fused.
C1,C2 fracture
C1-C3 fusion
DDD throughout rest of c-spine

I would explore the C2 as I said . You can probaly get some good info by doing a Google search . Or if you are one of the unfortunate ones whose doctor will actually give you the time of day , perhaps you could question him or her.
Keep me posted .
