Hi, I really think that I am HIV+. I have all the symptoms. the rash the red spots in mouth tingling in arms neck stiffness. I am so scared. I do not know what to do with myself. I feel so depressed. What should I do. I can't imaging hearing that I have HIV. I feel like my life would be ruined.

I am sorry if my post comes across as rather abrupt but I am confused as to what it is you want from this forum.

Please understand that nobody here can offer you an on line diagnosis, nor can anybody give you advice, help or reassurance unless you specify exactly what your concerns are. Simply coming onto a forum and declaring you think you have HIV is not really sufficient for anybody to offer you help.

Maybe, if you could expand on your circumstances and what steps you have taken to address your concerns,to date,then members will be able to help and guide you further.

It sounds like you know you should be checked by a doctor but are afraid of the outcome. Although dealing with any physical or medical condition is difficult you owe it to yourself and to others to be checked. Keep in mind the great thing about living in 2008 is our Medical resources - take advantage of the resources available.

1st nobody can diagnose hiv thru symptoms
2nd the only way to know your status for sure is by getting tested
3rd if you have it your life will change,it will only get ruined if you let it.
4th if your mind is obsessed with having it and you don't know for sure, you might want to think about getting some sort of counciling.

Good news, my results came out negative. I can breathe now. Thank you all who replied to my post. I really appreciate your responses.
