for a year now I have been having bad muscle twitches throught my entire body. they are so bad that i have them in my left cheek and my left ear, which when it is in my ear it makes this big contiues thumping sound. i just went to the doctor yesterday and they took some blood ran some test then told me that everything checked out fine. If this is what these twiches are is there anything that can be done to stop this?

HI Skull!! Boy am I glad I found you!!! Thank God I found someone else who has just what I have. I feel so alone! I have had the same thing you have had for almost a year now. I have muscle twitches all over my body, eyelids, stomach, legs, arms, feet, back where the shoulder blades are. Just random twitches. You can ever seem them. Is that weird or what? I have had tons of blood work done. That can't find anything. I see the neurologist May 7th. I will let you know what they say Skull. There is never pain. But it drives me crazy when I am trying to fall asleep. Please let me know how you are ok!!

Hi, TEdwards83. I know exactly what it is like to feel alone due to these twitches. Since May they have gotten worse, I'm now somtimes having very rapid twitches that have uniqe patterns to them. The twitches in my right ear are now lasting for at least a day now my left jaw has also developed them, which they last for 2 days. Sorry I haven't replied earlier, but I am always busy at work. At least If i can get somthing done for the ear muscle I would be happy. One thing I've Noticed is that the twitches happen mostly on my left side, so I really don't know.

HI Skull! Mine were mainly on the left side too. I finally got a few tests done. So far it shows thatI have benign muscle fasiculations. We think it is the sudefed that I had been taking on and off for so long. Have you taken any of that? There is a chance that you could have them from that. Anyhow, it is annoying as heck. I may have to deal with it the rest of my life. I got them again this morning in my legs and stomach. Just when I thought I had gotten rid of them. It is comforting to get tested and know that it isn't anything major. Stay in touch! Thanks for posting!
