I've had migraines with auras since I was 13 and found that if I take 1 or 2 advil, I can stop the headache from happening. Unfortunately, I still get the postdrome phase no matter what. Does anybody have any suggestions for not feeling so out of it during this phase? Sometimes it lasts 2 days. I usually have a hard time working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
