So I had high liver enzymes for 10 years almost due to a Fatty Liver. I finally found a doctor who was proactive enough to give me an ultrasound. I found out it was nothing major, but the high enzymes bothered me. So I did a little research on herbal supplements. I am not a doctor but I successfully treated my high liver enzymes in 1 month... and 2 years later I still have perfect numbers.

Here is what I took and still take daily
ALPHA LIPOIC ACID 600mg/day Natrol brand at walgreens
MILK THISTLE 750mg/day at least (sometimes more if I was having a drink)
GREEN TEA drink this anytime and often
FISH (started replacing meals with Salmon, Tuna, Sushi, Sardines, etc)
HIGH SUPERFOOD DIET (i lost 60 pounds)

If I had to say what really helped me it was the Alpha Lipoic Acid...practically no one ever talks about this, but I read somewhere they used to use it for mercury poisoning. All I know is it makes you feel a ton better. Now that I am totally detoxed, I rarely have headaches, I have lots of energy, etc. This is a super anti-oxidant...read up on this supplement Dr. Weil recommends it.

Ok losing weight helped but I was clean after 1 month and only lost 14 pounds that first month. So in four weeks my liver enzymes were well within normal range

In case you are wondering what the superfood diet is...it is a list I made myself ...from several diet books...and I pretty much only eat off this list:

*almonds
sardines (at least 3 times a week...then no fish oil is needed)
spinach
blueberries
green tea
whey protein
whole grain breads (not enriched wheat)
cranberries
soybeans
*walnuts
pumpkin seeds (no salt)
tomatoes (cooked give you more lycopene)
natural steel cut oats
garlic
broccoli
carrots
grapefruit
beans
*olive oil
turkey
grilled chicken
