I have a swollen lump on my right cheek just in front of my ear. I was told it might be a clogged salivary gland but now I have another (much smaller bump under my chin right along my jawline. I have also had an earache and muscle pain in the area. I do have TMJ so it is hard to distinguish the pain from that. I went to the dentist around 1 month ago to have a cavity filled and he was the one who suggested the clogged salivary gland.
