Can anyone tell me how bad or good these are ?

it's my knowledge that the alt more so than the ast, although both are very important.here is an example of my own results.3 years ago alt was 125,ast was 99.i went to a nutritionist to help me out with maintaining a healthy way of eating. i consume 8 glasses of water(very important)per day.limited exersize (with my spine condition).now 3 years later monitoring my enzyme levels (being faxed over to me from the lab) they have stayed below 70 and that was a year ago.they are slowly going down,last month i was only 9 outside the n/r on the alt.i also take a liv-tone capsule containing milk thistle etc.i am not a doc by no means, but i do feel good considering i've had this 20+ years and no treatment.i hope this will be of some help!
