i have 2 bumps on my head (not penis). I dont know how to get rid of them!!! Ive had them since i was 6 or 7. People tell me its because i didnt wash my hair good or it might be from dirty clippers from the barbershop. I need some help to get rid of them because they are just a nuisance now.

they are hard and i can move them a little too and thats all i know
